This is easy to play version of minecraft.

To play the game:

1.Make sure you have installed java, if you don't have download and install from here http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
2.Extract the game from minecraft 1.2.4.exe
3.Copy .minecraft folder to:"
   *for XP users - "C:Documents And SettingsYourNAMEApplication Data"
*  *for Vista/7 users - "C:UsersYourNAMEAppDataRoaming"
4.Make shortcut or pin to task bar and click enter
5.For newer updates click force update on entering the game
